The Art of Safe Connection Somatic Tantra Retreat is happening in Ubud, Bali soon and you don’t want to miss it!

Tantric and somatic practices and tools to help you feel safe in your body while connecting with others

Over 4 days, Ritam and Charlotte will gently guide you through practices and tools that will help you feel safe and at home in your body (maybe even for the first time), strengthen your relationship with yourself, and make genuine &  safe connections with others.

After this unique and deeply transformative experience, you will…

  • Feel so safe in your body that you’re able to experience pleasure, emotion, and sensation without performance, shutting down or numbing out

  • Stand by your yes and your no, regardless of what others say. You’ll know how to listen to your body's responses and communicate what you actually want from love, not fear

  • Feel confident connecting with new people. (You’ll stop second-guessing yourself and start trusting your own timing)

  • Develop a deeper connection with yourself so that you start to trust your inner guidance and let your guard down around others. Trusting others starts with trusting yourself

  • Leave with real tools, communication frameworks you can use in romantic connections, friendships, and even family relationships

  • Experience what it's like to be seen, valued, and met by others exactly as you are WITHOUT performing or holding yourself together

  • Consciously manage the shield you've built to protect yourself so it stops blocking the love and connection you're craving

The Art of Safe Connection is for you if...

  • You want connection, but you don't want to feel rushed, pushed, or overwhelmed

  • You're single and ready to open up, but it doesn't feel safe yet

  • You're a couple who wants to deepen your intimacy in a grounded, intentional way

  • You're curious about Tantra but have zero experience and want to start somewhere safe and clear

  • You're spiritually aware and ready for the next level of your journey

  • You want to stop managing your connections and start actually being in them

  • You want closeness without pressure, honesty without conflict, and depth without losing yourself

No prior experience with Tantra or breathwork required. This retreat is designed for people who are completely new to this work. We love being your first Tantra experience.

You most likely won’t enjoy this experience if…

  • You're looking for a sexually explicit retreat or a “temple night” experience

  • You want cathartic, intense, push-your-limits emotional release. This work is gentle, slow, and safe

  • You’re looking for someone to fix you

  • You’re not open to touch, breathwork, or being in community with others, even in a slow, consensual way

What’s happening over the 4 days…

Day 1: Coming Home to Yourself

We slow down. Through breath, sensation, and simple movement, you’ll reconnect with your natural pace and learn to notice what feels like enough. You end the day with one steady feeling: “I feel grounded and safe in my body.”

Day 2: Leading with Choice

We explore how clarity and boundaries actually create more connection, not less. You experience how pausing builds trust, how honesty doesn't break things, and how yes and no can be something you feel in your body rather than something you have to negotiate. You’ll leave saying to yourself: “I can communicate my boundaries without fear, and trust myself in connection.”To change and reuse text themes, go to Site Styles.

Day 3: Being Close Without Betraying Yourself

We explore how clarity and boundaries actually create more connection, not less. You experience how pausing builds trust, how honesty doesn't break things, and how yes and no can be something you feel in your body rather than something you have to negotiate. You’ll leave saying to yourself: “I can communicate my boundaries without fear, and trust myself in connection.”

Day 4: Being Met As You Are

Something softens. Through small group experiences, you’ll discover what it's like to be with others without adjusting who you are. You don't have to say the right thing, respond in a certain way, or offer anything back. You’ll leave knowing: “I feel relaxed being myself with others. I feel noticed and valued without having to try.”
